At The Case & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new tech accessory isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
